We offer 200HR & 500HR (module or intensive) trainings, as well as workshops & continued education opportunities

The Authentic Movements, Yoga Alliance Registered 200HR Teacher Training Program aims to provide a solid foundation in sequencing, anatomy, and yoga philosophy for those wishing to start their yoga teaching experience, as well as those looking to revive their practice as they delve deeper into their teaching and asana. And remember, teacher training isn’t only for those looking to teach! It’s also a great opportunity to hone your personal practice and body awareness.

Come flow with us as we plant seeds, tend to our gardens, and work our way into the complex, but rewarding world of yoga. Upon completion, you will be able to register as an RYT-200 with the Yoga Alliance, and start your journey as a yoga teacher, if you so choose. Typical 200HR trainings are intensive-based, ranging from 24-28 days.

During a 500HR Advanced Teacher Training, attendees delve deeper into applied Anatomy, the art of sequencing, and utilizing logical creativity in an effort to efficiently and effectively serve a wide audience. It is the perfect opportunity for teachers and dedicated practitioners to hone their manual assists, develop their practice and teaching of inversions and other advanced asana, as well as further cultivate their personal creative language and understanding of true authentic movements.

Authentic Movements tries to cater to all kinds of learners. While some people prefer attending a training in a cohesive, single month intensive, others would rather construct their own advanced teacher training by picking and choosing available modules over an indeterminate amounts of time.

Because of this, Authentic Movements offers two options for continued education experiences. The first is an intensive-based training happening in either a 26-30 day chunk or dual modules of 13-15 days each. Intensive based trainings allow students to soak in all of the information as a whole, in an order and sequence developed for efficiency and digestion. This 300HR intensive training, when combined with a previously attended 200HR training from any registered school then allows the 500HR registration.  Yoga Alliance registration in process.
